On 16th March 2023, The General Manager of ARA EP and the line managers of different departments, visited the field  to discuss with contractors the business plan and key 2023 targets. The goal was to promote alignment  and dialogue.

During the visit, the ARA EP management team presented to all contractors, key areas of the business plan 2023, highlighting the importance of compliance and adherence to QHSSE. This allowed all contractors to better understand the company’s goals and 2023 expectations. The engagement provided an opportunity for open communication and collaboration, allowing the contractors to ask questions and provide feedback on how best to achieve the 2023 targets. The visit will help to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working together towards a common goal, ultimately leading to greater success for ARA and its partners.
