ARA has provided a vital role in training graduates to contribute to the social and economic advancement of the individuals as well as assist in their overall development & experience. ARA is resolute in its dedication to encourage a highly skilled and forward-thinking generation, acknowledging the value these individuals bring to both their personal careers and the overall direction of the company.

ARA has consistently demonstrated this commitment by successfully training and  placing 104 recent Omani graduates in internship programs, encompassing both technical and non-technical disciplines. Most of these participants have now progressed to secure employment opportunities with ARA and elsewhere. This highlights the tangible impact of ARA’s investment in developing and encouraging the next generation of professionals while offering a platform for new ideas and concepts.
