ARA Petroleum has constructed its Integrated Management System (IMS) via a set of documents that are arranged in a hierarchical manner with the overarching Policies being L1. These are then followed by Manuals – L2, Procedures –L3, Work Instructions & SOP’s- L4 and Forms/Checklists – L5.
The IMS documents are developed, applied, monitored, and verified by considering risk and are constructed in compliance with both ISO standards and industry best practices.
ARA has established, implemented, and maintained processes to manage hazards and control risks consistently and effectively to the acceptable level (ALARP).

We at KAAR Technologies accomplished SAP Implementation for ARA Petroleum, a dynamic member of the E&P industry in Oman which seeks to explore, appraise, and develop oil & gas resources in Oman and internationally.
ARA Petroleum gave us the right amount of freedom and space and worked with us collaboratively right from defining goals and scope till the implementation phase which helped us immensely in planning and executing the project within the stipulated time-period.
Thanks to the internationally seasoned, professional, and dedicated team, which exuded professionalism right from the start of the project and stood by us like a pillar of support and were accessible round-the-clock for us to reach out to them to discuss strategies and queries, we started with the implementation on May 1st, 2017, and went live by September 1st, 2017, within a 5-month period.
